| February 2010 - PMP have just commenced work on constructing a new 1000 square metre medical centre in the former car park of Bersted Green Surgery in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Once complete the existing surgery will be demolished to provide for a car park to serve the new development. LFP are advising the partners of Bersted Green Surgery and are retained to monitor the development. |
| February 2010 - Birch Restorations are converting the Race Hill Inn on Lewes Road, Brighton into a new medical centre to be occupied by Park Crescent Surgery who currently operate from premises adjoining the development site. LFP are retained by the Medical Practice to monitor and provide advice throughout the duration of the project. |
| January 2010 - Construction has just begun on converting the ballroom of the Grade II listed former Butlins hotel in Saltdean into a medical centre. LFP are pleased to have been selected to advise the partners of St Luke's Surgery and Saltdean Medical Practice on this interesting development which forms part of Explore Living's Grand Ocean residential scheme. |
| December 2009 - LFP are providing Coachmans Medical Practice with advice on various aspects of the provision of a new 1000 square metre medical centre on a greenfield site in Broadfield, Crawley, West Sussex. |
| November 2009 (LFP London) - LFP have been retained by Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd, a renowned provider of space satellites, to advise them on construction of a new 40,000 square foot technical
facility in Surrey. |
