Paul is one of our specialist Project Managers
taking on the role of ensuring the clients expectations are
met from concept through to completion. He has considerable
experience in dealing with the whole design team and ensuring

Paul has many interests outside of the office: skiing, sailing,
flying and tractor driving to name but a few. |

Qualified with a Diploma in Building Economics
at Portsmouth Polytechnic in 1973 Angus has extensive experience
in pre-contract document preparation, tender procurement and
post contract cost control. He has acted as project manager
or employers agent on a number of large housing projects and
has recently been heavily involved with remedial works management.
Angus enthusiastically but unsuccessfully pursues clay pigeons.
He also enjoys digital photography, sound processing and contemporary
music. |

| Richard Sullivan: DipSurv

Richard has worked for a variety of private and
corporate clients in health, broadcasting, leisure, commercial
and civil engineering providing advice on cost planning, life
cycle costing and post contract cost control. This has been
both for traditional procurement routes and within such initiatives
as PFI, LIFT and ProCure 21. Richard is very knowledgeable on
contract law and provides our clients with claims, arbitration
and adjudication advice . He became a Chartered Surveyor in
1993.
Richard enjoys all sports connected with hills and mountains
- rock and ice climbing, skiing, mountaineering and hill walking.
He also cares passionately about the fortunes of Brighton &
Hove Albion. |

Ian became a member of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors in 1988. He has a broad range of experience
with private and corporate clients in housing, retail and commercial
sectors. In particular, preparation of initial estimates, detailed
cost planning, preparation of tender documentation and post
contract cost control.
Ian enjoys the odd round of golf as well as cycling, scuba-diving
and strumming the guitar. |

Steve has been a member of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors since 1975.
He has considerable experience in the establishment of project
budgets, controlling cost during the development of design,
preparation of contract documents, particularly Bills of Quantities
and cost managing projects through to completion.
Steve’s hobbies include badminton and European travelling. |

Ian Donald FRICS

Ian has over forty years experience as a quantity
surveyor. He has been responsible for the full range of QS services
on a wide range of projects from inception to completion. Ian
qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1972 and has worked with
public, corporate and private clients. In recent years he has
specialised in dispute resolution and contractual issues.
In his spare time Ian is kept busy by his three grand-children,
enjoys travel and has been a keen Chelsea supporter all his
life. |

Paul has 35 years experience in the construction
industry working as a QS involved in the financial control of
all aspects of a project from enquiry to completion including
budget and profit forecasting, negotiation and agreement of
contracts .
He enjoys all types of sport especially golf and was made Captain
of the Mid Sussex Golf Club in 2005. |

| Emma came to work in head office from our Birmingham
office in 2003. She is responsible for the financial control
and marketing at LFP. Her hobbies include painting, running
and cooking. |

| Nikki first started working for Lawrence Foote
& Partners in 1998 and returned in 2005 after starting a
family. She now has two young boys who take up the majority
of her time although she sometimes finds the time to horse ride
