SIMON GUEST

Simon is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor skilled in all aspects of quantity surveying, particularly cost management, and contract administration. His experience and further qualifications in construction law enable him to advise on contractual matters, claims, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution.

He started his career with a local authority surveying practice, gaining experience of a wide range of projects including housing, schools, large scale sports facilities and civil engineering projects, whilst studying for his first degree and becoming chartered. He subsequently joined a London multidisciplinary practice, where he became a director, working primarily on new build commercial projects including large, high profile City of London buildings.

In 2018 Simon returned to education part time, undertaking the MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London.
