We are pleased to confirm that TE Design & Build Ltd have been appointed as Main Contractor for the mixed use (Children’s Day nursery & Residential Units) in Surbiton, Surrey and works will start on site in April. LFP are acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designers on this scheme. The contract duration is 15 months.
