We are pleased to confirm that TE Design & Build Ltd have commenced work on site in Balham. The scheme is a new build high quality development to provide 18 residential units. LFP are acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designers on this scheme. The contract, with a value in excess of £7m is due to be complete in 20 months
